One of the most useful tablesaw accessories you can own is a dado set. In fact, a tablesaw is incomplete without a dado set. A dado set can be used to make a wide variety of cuts such as grooves, dadoes, tenons, rabbets, lap joints, and dentil molding.
Amana’s dado sets feature a sharp, alternate top bevel (ATB) tooth design on the outer blades to shear the wood cleanly which ensures splinter-free cuts in both solid wood and plywood. The Prestige dado set #658060 also produces chip-free cuts in melamine.Additionally, the flat top grind inside chippers ensures a smooth, flat-bottom cut. And no dado head offers greater versatility. By stacking the two outer blades in combination with the chippers you can cut any groove from 1/4" to 13/16".
