Why is my tool squeaking?
Generally when you hear a high pitched noise coming from your tool or you just don't feel that the spindle is turning correctly most likely your bearings are frozen. If your adventurous enough, you can take the tool apart and change the bearing or you can take or ship it to a certified service center.
